Introduction：

王建斌助理教授現任教於新加坡南洋理工大學，其創作聚焦於藝術、科技與生態的交叉領域。他透過沉浸式環境與裝置作品，深入探討生態議題，關注氣候變化、環境危機，以及人類與科技之間持續演變的關係。

在本次講座中，王教授將分享其藝術創作的脈絡與思考，剖析文化、自然與機器之間錯綜複雜的動態聯繫，並講述自己作為藝術家與研究者的職業發展歷程。

 

Assistant Prof. Ong Kian Peng is currently an assistant professor at the School of Art, Design and Media, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He positions his practice at the confluence of art, technology, and ecology. His immersive environments and installations explore ecological thought, addressing issues such as climate change, environmental crises, and the evolving relationship between humans and technology.

In this seminar, Assistant Prof. Ong Kian Peng will share the context and conceptual framework of his artistic practice, analyze the intricate and dynamic relationships among culture, nature, and machines, and reflect on his professional development as both an artist and a researcher.
