Seminar: The Structured Decision-Making Within Today’s Dynamic Business Environments.
Faculty of Business recently hosted a professional talk featuring Liman Yung. With over 30 years of experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China, he has served multinational corporations, non‑profit organisations and government agencies, specialising in retail, training, franchising and marketing. He currently leads a multinational energy joint venture in South China and holds BBA, MBA and MBus degrees. His lecture focused on structured decision‑making in dynamic business environments, integrating project management frameworks and practical tools such as SWOT, PESTLE and financial analysis. About 70 students attended and raised thoughtful questions, and the session concluded smoothly.
