活動簡介：

Introduction：

本講座讓參與者能夠深入了解從創作到創業所需具備的能力，以及應有的專業素養及經營態度。講座內容包括：

1）核心能力，不止於創作。養活自己的藝術家需要啟動自己的核心能力，優秀的藝術家往往具備三種能力：創作力、經營力、傳播力。

2）生存模式：多元的收入結構。傳統路徑，技能延伸，跨界融合。

3）思維轉變：從創作者到創業者，從作品到產品，從零感到用戶，從等待到經營。

 

This seminar enables the participants to gain an in-depth understanding of the competencies required for the journey from creative endeavor to entrepreneurial venture, alongside the professional standards and business ethos that should underpin such pursuits.  The content is included:

1) Core Competencies: More Than Just Creation. Artists sustaining themselves must activate their core competencies. Outstanding artists typically possess three abilities: creative prowess, business acumen, and communication skills.

2) Survival Models: Diversified Income Streams. Traditional pathways, skill extension, cross-sector integration.

3) Mindset Shift: From Creator to Entrepreneur. Transitioning from artwork to product, from zero to user, from waiting to proactively managing.
